Dave Testerman Legacy Scholarship Endowment

To provide an Elkton High School senior who demonstrates school spirit, leadership, and community service a scholarship to be used for college, trade school, an apprenticeship, or towards community service participation/training costs (such as PeaceCorps, medic training, Teach for American, etc.). Eligibility criteria is included in the application.
