Fund Advisors
Keep us in the loop – As a Chesapeake Charity fund, you aren’t alone. We are here to support your fund to ensure your success!
- Fund Advisor Portal Login. If you do not have a login, complete a Fund Advisor Portal Agreement to obtain login credentials or contact our office.
- Please notify our office immediately if you have a change of address, phone, email or other contact information.
- If you would like to add or remove a fund advisor, please complete the Request to Add/ Change Fund Advisor form.
- If you are planning a fundraiser, please contact our office and provide the details, so that we can best support your fundraiser.
Grant Requests are reviewed every week of the year. Donor advisors and fund designees can request that a payment be made out of the fund by logging into the Fund Advisor Portal and requesting a grant online, or by completing the Grant/Check Request Form.
Contributions can be delivered to our office during regular business hours. Checks, money orders and cash donations are accepted in person. Credit card transactions are accepted on our website via PayPal.
Acknowledgements for tax purposes are sent to all donors who make contributions of $250 or more. Chesapeake Charities mails tax letters by January 31 of the year following a donation. We suggest that all funds send personalized thank you letters and any other acknowledgements directly to all donors.
