Cancer Comfort Angels is a faith-based organization that provides Cancer Comfort Kits for those diagnosed this cancer. We have provided over 2000 cancer patients with kits all over the country to help them through their journey. A Cancer Comfort Kits consists of a warm blanket and other small items to comfort you while undergoing treatment. We also award scholarships to high school seniors who reside in Queen Anne’s County whose lives have been touched by cancer.
CCA was founded in 2008 by Laurie Rasinski (1963-2016). She gathered a group of friends to help her vision of helping others come to life! We are still the same group of friends, and miss Laurie every day!
